A: Delivery is normally around 3-4 Business Days from order date, however this can vary and is often quicker than this

Q: Can I place an Order over the phone?
A: Yes, if you wish to make an order over the phone simply call us on 01782 901116 and we'll happily place your order for you, as well as answering any questions that you may have.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been picked by our warehouse team call us within at least 12 hours of placing your order and you can change or cancel your order for a full refund. If your item has already been picked by our warehouse you can simply refuse to accept it when it arrives & it will be sent back to us.
